If you really want to experience comfortable living, Villa Wilhelmina is just what you are looking for.

We are currently leasing 6 high-end luxury apartments on the best location in Utrecht. Walk outside your door and you will find nice restaurants and shop, just around the corner. The Wilhelmina park is only a few steps from your door if you want to relax, enjoy a picnic, take a walk or jog. 
Especially during summertime, the park attracts a lot of young people, it’s very nice and welcoming. Within 2 minutes from the park, you will find even more
 bars and good restaurants. This is the unique feature of living in Utrecht East . Everything is just around the corner. If you want to go to the city center it is only a few minutes by bike and then you are standing under our famous DOM tower.

The apartment building is completely renovated (2015) and we payed much detail to things like thermal and acoustic isolation. Living in a city also means more sounds and noises. Our goal is to minimize this sound the best we can by using only the best materials and the latest technologies available. The apartments are that well isolated that we have energy labels A (D is normal in Utrecht). This also reduces your monthly gas/energy bill.

There will be 6 apartments with 2 on each floor, ranging in size from 40-65 m2/ 430-700 ft2, each having its own outside space. The ground floor apartments will have a garden, the second floor apartments will each have a large terrace, and for the top floor they will each have a rooftop terrace. Enjoying a nice glass of wine, looking out over the park? We make it possible!

The apartments will be fully finished with a high quality kitchen. This includes regrigerator,  dishwater, oven and gas stove. Also, each apartment has a storage place inside the building. For extra security comfort, we provide each apartment with videocom.

The gas/water and energy facilities have to be arranged by each individual so that way you can look for the best price. If you’re from another country, we understand that it may not be easy to find this out for yourself so we will be more than happy to assist you. The service cost will be around € 25/month for the general lighting in the building.
