Beautiful, spacious, city apartment.
If you really want to experience Utrecht city life this is the ideal apartment for you. The suspicion is that this street was already there in the year 1300. A real old Utrecht street with lots of nice details. Of course the apartment has been completely renovated to modern standards. Think of double glazing and floor heating.
Through a shared entrance you immediately find your front door from where you enter the kitchen. This cosy kitchen is perfect for having friends over or a quiet reading session on a lazy sunday. The modern kitchen is equipped with all conveniences such as a build-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven. In this area we also find the closet that holds the washing machine and a lavatory.
Behind the kitchen we find the enormous spacious living room with the huge skylight that is hard to miss. During the day this provides an enormous amount of natural light.
The flooring is a real wooden floor with a natural finish. On the right side we first find a door that leads to the spare room that can be used as office or storage. In the right hand corner we find the master bedroom with an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a sink and mirror cabinet . The bathroom is very light during the day due to the large skylight. The shower has a rainshower and normal handshower. Also a second toilet can be found here.
Last but not least a small outside patio is situated between the livingroom and bathroom. It can be accessed from both areas and has good privacy.
The accessibility by bus is excellent. Would you like to go to the Utrecht science park (Uithof) for example, there is a bus stop within walking distance that takes you there directly. The same goes for the Central Station. If you have to go to Amsterdam for example, it is about 20-25 minutes by train from the station. Parking by car is not favourable because of a waiting list for a permit. Outside a permit is it paid parking.
Because you are in the centre of the city you have everything you are looking for. Shops, restaurants, parks, pubs, museums you name it. The Miffy museum is two streets away and opposite is the fantastic Central Museum. If you walk out the door you have on your left the Nieuwegracht which looks different every season and never boring.
